Frequently cited as one of the most connected influencers in luxury, Rosie is Founder of the Luxury Communications Council, the exclusive network for luxury brand communication and marketing directors.

Rosie formed Shephard Communications in 2018, bringing together a highly specialised group of experts to help existing luxury brands stay ‘relevant’, and new luxury brands take their place in the market. The boutique agency has had an impressive start, listed as a PR Week Powerbook Luxury Agency of the Year 2019. Rosie is also the curator of the ‘Most Influential’ list in Luxury for PR Week.

Rosie works directly with all clients, bringing her experience from leading an inhouse team to ensure Shephard Communications feels like an extension of her client’s teams. All media facing consultants are Director level, ensuring that no junior will ever be pitching your brand to media or influencers.

Prior to founding Shephard Communications, Rosie was the Global Head of Communications for Rocco Forte Hotels, overseeing the consumer strategy for the eleven-hotel properties as well as the companies’ corporate reputation and profile of the Forte family. 

Rosie has extensive luxury hospitality, retail and personal profile building experience, working with leading global luxury brands and their founders or leadership teams.

Rosie is also a regular contributor to the Evening Standard and The Independent, two of the UK’s leading newspapers and websites.
